ABOUT GLOW SLEEP SERVICES

Sleep is natural. But that doesn't mean it comes naturally. In fact, more than 1/3 of people report having sleep difficulties. Glow Sleep Services works collaboratively with individuals and families to improve sleep, using a systems approach to identify the factors contributing to disrupted sleep. Julia works very closely with a team comprised of a neuropsychiatrist, child psychiatrist, neurologist and respirologist, which allows for further consultations and recommendations for further assessment and treatment if necessary.
